Warranty & Return Policy
We stand behind the equipment we sell. Here's what you can expect from us after the sale.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Every piece of equipment we sell comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty terms are clearly noted on your receipt so you always know what's covered.
What's Covered:
- Major mechanical failures not disclosed at time of sale
- Engine and transmission issues (for covered equipment)
- Hydraulic system failures
- Defects that were not mentioned in the equipment description
What's NOT Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Issues caused by lack of maintenance
- Cosmetic issues (paint, dents, surface rust)
- Consumable parts (filters, belts, fluids, tires)
- Equipment sold "as-is" (clearly noted at time of sale)
Bottom line: If something major goes wrong that wasn't your fault and wasn't disclosed, we'll work with you to make it right.
What We Check Before Selling
Every piece of equipment gets looked over before we sell it. We're honest about what we find:
- Engine starts and runs properly
- Hydraulics work as expected
- No major fluid leaks
- Controls and safety features function
- Overall mechanical condition assessed
If we find issues during inspection, we either fix them or disclose them upfront. We price equipment based on actual condition - no surprises.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. You can return equipment if:
- It arrives damaged or not working
- It doesn't match what was described
- There are major problems we didn't tell you about
- It's just not the right fit for your operation
Return Shipping:
If the equipment is damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll cover return shipping. If you're returning it because it's not the right fit, return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned equipment. We'll issue your refund within 5-7 business days.
A Few Important Notes
Used equipment is used equipment. It's going to have some wear. Minor cosmetic issues, surface rust, faded paint - that's all part of buying used. We price accordingly and don't try to hide it.
Some items are sold "as-is." Occasionally we'll have equipment that needs work or is being sold for parts. These items are clearly marked and priced accordingly. No warranty applies to as-is items.
Document any damage on delivery. If equipment arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours. This helps us process any claims quickly.
Keep your receipt. You'll need it for any warranty claims or returns.
