The basics of how we do business
These are the terms that govern equipment purchases from Midwest Manure Equipment. We've tried to keep it straightforward - no legal jargon where it's not needed. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Who We Sell To
We sell to everyone - farmers, contractors, businesses, and individuals. Doesn't matter if you're a big operation or buying your first piece of equipment. Everyone gets the same honest treatment and fair pricing.
How Sales Work
- All sales start with a conversation. Call or email us about equipment you're interested in.
- We accept payment via bank transfer (wire or ACH) and can discuss financing options.
- Equipment is held for you once we've agreed on terms and received payment or financing approval.
- All prices are in US dollars.
Equipment Condition
We sell used equipment. Every piece is inspected and we're honest about condition. Some equipment may be sold "as-is" at a lower price - we'll always make that clear before you buy.
Photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. If you want more details or additional photos, just ask.
Warranty
Most equipment comes with a limited warranty (30-90 days depending on the machine). Some items are sold as-is with no warranty. See our full Warranty & Return Policy page for details on what's covered and what isn't.
Your Responsibilities
Once you take possession of equipment, you're responsible for:
- Proper operation and maintenance
- Following safety guidelines and regulations
- Getting proper training if needed
- Any permits or licenses required in your area
We're not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska, USA. Any disputes would be handled in courts in that state.
